This is a mentored Urban Walk for Elizabeth. 

Our  loop walk will be through the wooded park in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle as well as the streets surrounding the park.  The route will include a climb up the Water Tower (119 steps) in Volunteer Park where  you will see wonderful views of the park and the city as well the Blaine (down) and Howe (up) stairs and a stop at Louisa Boren Park.

The pace will be casual/conversational with opportunities to stretch or rest, particularly as we climb the stairs.

COVID PRECAUTIONS

All participants are requested  to be fully vaccinated including boosters where eligible.

Meet in across the street from the Seattle Asian  Art Museum at 1:15pm, ready to walk at 1:30.
