Urban Walk - Microsoft Campus Loop

This urban walk will cover the 3 2/3 miles outer loop around the Microsoft corporate campus.

Starting at the Visitor's Center, we will walk counterclockwise by 150 Ave NE then south through campus to NE 36th St and follow a mostly outside loop. About 2/3 of the way through, we will cut back through campus and view (but not go inside) the Microsoft Treehouses.  We will head back around NE 40th Street before reassembling at the Visitor's Center.

Please note the pace is an average of 2.5 mph...brisk walk of ~3 mph on straightaways and slight downhill and ~2 mph on the few uphill portions. Estimate total trip time to be 100 min including pre-walk discussion. Please do not join this trip if you are unsure of your pace or are not accustomed to a 2.5 mph brisk walk for over 3 miles. This walk will go even in a downpour so please plan appropriately.

Meet at 11:00 am at the Microsoft Visitor's Center (15010 NE 36th St, Building 92 - Redmond) ready to walk. Following introductions, description of route and current conditions, plan to start walking at 11:10 am. No passes required. (Will update posting with bathroom availability before trip.)
