Plan for a pace of about 1.75-2.0 mph and a steady pace. We'll plan to eat lunch at the summit. Make sure you have experience with a hike of similar difficulty.
This is a popular Trailhead. Please coordinate carpool. We'll get an early start and plan to meet at the Shriners Peak Lookout Trailhead at 7am. It's an almost 2 hour drive from Tacoma.
