Meet at 10:30 AM at the Tibbetts Park and Ride  Lot, by the southeast corner of the intersection of Newport Way and the Renton-Issaquah Road in Issaquah.  It is a flat parking lot south of the Issaquah Transit Center parking garage.   No parking pass is required there or at the trailhead.

After consolidating cars at the Tibbetts Park and Ride lot, we will caravan to the trailhead at a switchback of Mountainside Drive, on the north side of Squak Mountain.  We will hike up the Bullitt Trail, which was the driving route of the Bullitt family to their cabin atop Squak Mountain.  Their gift of their land to the State led to the creation of Squak Mountain State Park.  To reach our lunch spot and turnaround point, Debbie's View, we will veer off of the Bullitt Trail in the last half mile.  There is a bench at Debbie's View for a lucky few to sit on.

Following the hike, there will be an optional refreshment stop at the Issaquah Starbuck's.
