This is another hike in my winter conditioning hike series around the Issaquah Alps area. We will hike up the Bear Ridge Trail and then hike a loop past a  giant historic mine shaft opening, a marsh, then up to Anti-Aircraft Peak and a nice view of Lake Sammamish. Then loop back to Bear Ridge Trail.

We will maintain a steady pace of 2 mph uphill and up to 3 mph downhill with limited breaks.

Hike will go rain or shine, unless heavy/constant rain is forecasted.

10am Tibbetts Park and Ride (next to skatepark). Then carpool very short drive to trailhead, which has limited parking only for about 3 vehicles.
