A moderate 7.5 mile hike with 1,850 ft in elevation gain just north of Lake Cushman. The trail goes counter-clockwise through the forests surrounding Big Creek. We will visit the river and the viewpoint up the Mt Elinor trail.
We will meet at the Big Creek Campground Parking lot by the road at 8:45am for a 9:00 departure. The gate & campground do not open until mid-May.
