Early start to avoid crowds. Everyone will need their own water filter and hand sanitizer. Face masks required for all belay stations.  

In your permission request, please describe any rock climbing you've done this season (ok if none), as well as your conditioning regimen. You do not need to be a superathlete, but this should not be your first trip off the couch.
