Strenuous fall traverse (~15 miles/~5000') that ascends Hurricane Hill using the lush and verdant Little River trail, then descends the 'Elwha to Hurricane Hill' trail. Listed as a scramble due to the possibility of early storms giving us the need to negotiate early snow and/or stream crossings with heavy flows. Attendees should plan on stopping for dinner on the way home due to a late return by ferry.
Various P&Rs to accommodate attendees, then the Elwha Ranger station to stage our car shuttle.
