This is a snow scramble to a modest summit in the North Bend area. Approach includes old road and a trail up to snow line, and moderate snow slopes to the summit

Eastgate Safeway, 15100 SE 38th St. Bellevue, at 6:00am. Meet in the west end of the parking lot, near Washington Federal.

Everett area people can arrange to meet farther north.

This will be a relaxed  pace trip and the group will stay together. Leader is 57 and doesn't hike super fast. Super strong, fast, or impatient hikers may not enjoy this trip.
