Day Hike - Hannegan Pass

We will hike to the Pass which is a little over 2000 feet of climb. We will go slow looking for flowers, butterflies, trees, and nature in general. This is part of the Naturalist and Photography weekend at Mt. Baker.

  • Elevation Gain: 2,000 ft

We will leave Mt. Baker Lodge at 8:45 AM and be at the Trailhead at 9:30 AM.  Bring water and a lunch. The first part is through a forest and then we climb in the open to the pass. Should have great views and wonderful nature. This is an "Exploring Nature" hike and we will take it slow, stopping frequently to look at flowers, plants, wildlife, and geology.
