Photography was my main interest during this visit to Baker Lake.

Finally a beautiful day with crisp skies arrived as predicted. On a Sunday, Baker Lake was my choice for photography as well as hiking.
After some early morn shots, my choice for a short hike was Panorama Point. It was also as far in as I decided to drive as the road became too narrow for two vehicles. The snow was hard enough that I did fine with boots only. Nice views of the mountains as well as the water flowing.

I came across these cougar tracks during the hike. These were larger than the palm of my hand.
