Data Request Form

This form is intended for volunteer leaders who are seeking data to enhance their programs, committees, or branches.

We are excited to support more data-driven decision making and reduce manual data collection efforts. The information requested may be used for purposes such as:

  • Supporting decision-making and program planning
    • Example: An export of all climbing trips and the number of registered, cancelled, and waitlisted students to understand capacity and registration trends.
  • Creating recaps and reports for committees, branches, or activities
    • Example: A summary of  trips per activity type across a branch and the number of unique participants.
  • Recognizing and appreciating volunteers
    • Example: A list of all  leaders and instructor activities for a given committee.

All requests submitted through this form will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

  • Requests may or may not be approved depending on the use case, data availability, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Whenever possible, data will be shared in an anonymized format to protect the privacy of our members and volunteers.

  • We will not provide mass contact information.

You will receive a response within 7 working days indicating whether your request can be fulfilled and, if so, when the data will be provided. Thank you for helping us ensure that data is used responsibly to strengthen our community and support the important work of our volunteers.
