As the national coordinator of ACA’s Great Divide Mountain Bike Route project, MIKE McCOY helped conceive, research, and map this famed Great Divide. His bike trail-related career spans more than 30 years: He first helped plan Bikecentennial’s TransAmerica Bicycle trail in 1975, while today he continues as a field editor for Adventure Cycling.
