BeWild with Vik Sahney
Vik is an avid outdoor adventurer, and in 2011 he became one of ~350 people and the first Indian-American to complete the 7 Summits, summiting the tallest peak on each continent including Mt. Everest (May 2009). Join us to hear Vik's story of adversity and persistence to climb to the top.
CANCELED - Sol Duc Hot Springs Car Camp
Explore the Sol Duc Rain Forest on Saturday on a loop hike to Sol Duc Falls, followed by a dip in the Sol Duc Hotsprings pools, and pass through the Canyon Creek Valley on a Sunday hike to beautiful Deer Lake, our lunch spot, camping Saturday night at Sol Duc Campground, with smores around the campfire after our camp dinner.
Redesigning Outdoor Education: Pods, Cohorts, and Small Courses
A series focused on using online tools to transition outdoor courses to a hybrid model. This session will outline the pros/cons of various small-group course models, including us of The Mountaineers website and Google Classrooms.

This is a weekend car camp, September 26-27, on the Washington Coast, consisting of a Saturday loop day hike around Damon Point, camping Saturday night at Ocean City State Park and hiking on Sunday on the Copalis River sandspit in Griffiths-Priday State Park.
