The big trip is a weeklong camping trip to a destination that is further away than our typical weekend trips. These trips consist of a variety of activities and day trips, including rock climbing, hiking, maybe mountaineering/glacier climbs, or fun activities like mountain biking or kayaking. We will car camp for the majority of the trip.
