The leadership series is open to MAC members who fulfill at least ONE of the following:

1. Junior or Senior  with at least one season of MAC participation

2. Sophomore with at least two years of MAC participation

Exceptions may be made on an individual basis for new members who are juniors/seniors, but are joining MAC with significant prior outdoor experience.

The MAC Leadership Series consists of 4 evening sessions throughout late fall and winter. The goal of the leadership series is for older MAC students to prepare for their outdoor/climbing future beyond high school. Participants choose a goal trip, learn how to research and plan a trip, practice and discuss leadership skills, and eventually lead a trip of their choosing.
