This will be a continuation and expansion on the stuff learned at the first snow field trip. Attendance here is required for glacier climbs in the summer.

Participants will practice walking in balance, self belay and the four positions of self arrest using an ice ax, along with practicing crevasse rescue and other glacier travel skills. Attendance here is required for glacier climbs in the summer.
