In this 1-hour evening session we will chat about hydration[, nutrition, toileting, poles and microspikes in the urban space. We'll also talk about progress to date with your mileage, elevaton and pace goals. Veterans are invited to join the conversation.

Check-Ins are an opportunity to increase urban walk knowledge and raise/answer questions about walking in the urban suburban space.

This will be a 1-hour, 6 to 7pm Zoom session.  The meeting link will be sent to those registered a day or two before the meeting.
