We will show you  a step-by-step progression– from hip snaps at the pool’s edge to completed roll.

You will be working in a group of 2 with one instructor and possibly an assistant instructor. While the instructor is working with one person in your group, you can either watch, help, rest or practice the step you just have learned .

A farmer john or short wet suit is recommended for the pool.  If you are using a polypropylene garments, please bring another layer to keep you warm when you are not in the water.
