CHS 2 Hike - Thunder Creek–Fourth of July Pass

NORTH CASCADES CAMPOUT WEEKEND - Hike the Thunder Knob Trail overlooking stunning Diablo Lake and then cross HWY 20 and head south on the Thunder Creek and Fourth of July Trails to Fourth of July Pass. CHS hike led at a CHS 2 pace (2.0-2.5 mph)

The trailhead for the Thunder Creek/Fourth of July Pass hike is on the south side of the Colonial Creek campground. We will meet at the trailhead at 7:00AM. 

The second part of this hike to Thunder Knob leaves from a trailhead on the north side of the Colonial Creek campground so we will likely stop for a short break at the campground between the two hikes.
