CHS 2 Hike - Pacific Crest Trail: White Pass to Chinook Pass

Go-getter hike on the scenic Pacific Crest Trail. Experience a 28-mile stretch of the famed trail's Section I which will take us from White Pass to Chinook Pass. CHS hike led at a CHS 2 pace (2.0-3.0 mph)

  • Strenuous
  • Challenging

Since this hike is going to be an all day event, I highly recommend staying near Chinook Pass.  We will meet in the street parking area (between the lower and upper parking lots for Lake Tipsoo.  The street parking is off the north side of the road, lined with a sidewalk.  From here we will car-shuttle down to White Pass where we will begin our day.  Once we reach Chinook Pass we will head back to pick up the remaining cars at White Pass and then head into Packwood to get some food.

We will be meeting at Chinook Pass at 6am.
