CHS hike led at a CHS 2 pace (2.0-3.0 mph). Lovely "out and back" hike by the creek and through forests. Should see lots of wildflowers!

Preston Park and Ride in  Issaquah, exit 22 off I-90 at 6:30am.

It is a long drive but totally worth it!   Directions:  I-90 to Cle Elum, take exit 85, WA-970 N toward Wenatchee.  Left onto WA-970 (0.4 miles).  Turn right to stay on WA-970 (9.9 miles).  Continue straight onto Highway 97 (28.2 miles), topping Blewett Pass.  At milepost 178, turn left onto Ingalls Creek Road (1.2 miles); cross Peshastin creek, bear left. Trail head is at the end of the road. Toilets are available.  Northwest Forest Pass or America the Beautiful pass required.
