This hike is listed as Green Lake because of the hike data base perimeters; we will most likely go to Ranger Falls only. The total mileage to Ranger Falls is 8 miles, and the limit for an early season CHS hike. The first 3 miles follow the washed out Ipsut Creek campground road, and meanders through old growth forest with the Carbon River close at hand.
