PARK AT THE LITTLE SI TRAILHEAD, BY THE BATHROOMS.
Get an idea where you are on your conditioning by determining a base time while carrying the weight needed for passing the conditioning test. Minimum 25 pounds or 20% bodyweight. Goal is 2hrs or under to the benches below the Haystack before the climbing season begins.
(120 or less=25lbs / 130=26lbs / 140=28lbs / 150=30lbs / 160=32lbs / 170=34lbs / etc.)
