This is a conditioner hike to build fitness and get a baseline for conditioning. It is recommended to carry some weight in your pack to get used to carrying a load. I will bring a pack scale if you want to weigh your pack. We will try to stay in the aerobic zone rather than pushing for a specific time or pace. It might get snowy/icy at the top so plan on bringing micro spikes and poles
