If the boarder is not open by this date, the back-up plan is 8/27-29/2021. Please make sure you are available for both dates as this is a requirement to graduate.

  1. Demonstrate how to make crack gloves
  2. Demonstrate how to remove nuts and tricams and various other cams
  3. Discuss various types of cracks
  4. crack sizes 
  5. type of rock (smooth v. textured)
  6. flared cracks
  7. Offwidth
  8. Parallel and horizontal cracks
  9. cam walking in cracks
  10. Split up into teams with instructors and practice building trad anchors.
  11. Mock lead and lead sport and trad routes
