HYBRID SESSIONS FOR 2021

As long as we are under restrictions on gathering size due to COVID-19, the course will be offered as hybrid sessions. These sessions will consist of:

  • self-study via Remote Medical Training's online portal
  • 2 virtual sessions  held weekday evenings in the week prior to the skills day
  • 1 in-person skills day.

The virtual sessions will be held weekday evenings in the week prior to the skills day. They will be 3 hours long each. The skills day occurs at the Mountaineers Program Center in Kitsap on a weekend day. We will be outside for the *entirety* of the skills day, but please plan to follow social distancing/PPE protocols, as well. You will be required to follow the Mountaineers' COVID protocols

While we are under COVID restrictions for gathering, the typical practical scenarios session will not be part of the course.

WHEN REGISTERING FOR A SESSION, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL DATES FOR THE SESSION. YOU MAY NOT MIX AND MATCH DATES.

Wilderness First Aid is taught by Remote Medical Training (RMT) at the Mountaineers’ Program Center in Kitsap. The course includes an independent WFA certification. Your course fee covers the cost of this instruction.
