Meet at 8:00 am at the Poo Poo Point Chirico Trail head.  Those who would like to join me in an optional dynamic yoga warm-up should be there by 7:45 am.

We'll hike at leisurely pace and take time to rest, re-fuel and re-hydrate as needed along the way.  If the weather is nice, you can join me in some gentle yoga poses at Poo Poo Point to stretch any achy body parts or just enjoy the view.  We'll take time to have a snack at Poo Poo Point before we head back down the trail.
