March GoHike Pacing Urban Walk: 2 - 4 miles, 0 - 750 feet gain (optional). - Camano Island State Park

Camano Island State Park offers us a little of everything - a couple of easy hills, trails along the bluffs a lovely forested section and a great beach. If we are lucky we may have sweeping views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountain. GoHike Urban Walks are outings of at least two miles or longer that take place on city or suburban streets, parks or greenbelts. GoHike Pace Walks are low-stress urban walks designed to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably. These trips are designed to assist you in developing your goals for conditioning and hiking, so that you can determine what level of walks or hikes and pace would be the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment!
