Practice trail running skills and build your milage base at a local frontcountry trail.

Parking is limited - carpooling is recommended. 

Meet option 1: Tibbets Valley Parking lot by the skateboard park at 7:00 AM. 

Meet option 2: Mailbox Peak Parking lot at 7:30 - 7:45AM

This session focuses on building your base milage. 

We will go up via the Boot path/Climbers trail and run down the hiker's trail.

NOTE: Poles required!
