Intro to Trail Running: Frontcountry - Trail and Group Etiquette - Bridle Trails State Park

This field trip will focus on trail and group etiquette for trail running.

Meet at 5:30pm at the Bridle Trails State Park parking lot off of 116th Ave NE. Following introductions, plan to start running by 5:45pm. Discover Pass required. There is a restroom at the trailhead.

Directions: From I-405 north, take Exit 17, signed for NE 70th St. Turn right onto 116th Ave NE. At the NE 60th St stop sign, continue straight ahead to the park.

This is a casual run through Bridle Trails, in a clockwise direction, covering ~3.5 miles and ~500 feet of elevation gain.
