Hello! My name is Adry and I'm the Summer Camp Coordinator. I am so excited to be creating our Summer Camp blog this summer. From July 6-10, the theme here at the Mountaineers will revolve around Survival! Day 5
We finished out the week here at the Mountaineer's facility and the campers participated in Choose Your Own Adventure! Campers climbed the outdoor wall, made arts and crafts, picked blackberries to make jam, and also fought the heat with water games! Thank you to all the campers and families who joined us for Water Week! Our staff here had a blast with you all!
Day 4
Field Trip Day 2 was another success! The vikings and the explorers had their turn at water rafting, while the trailblazers and the pioneers enjoyed their day at Discovery Park! We enjoyed a nice hike, spent time observing the tide pools on the beach, as well as participate in stewardship to help some plants in need!
day 3
Field trip Day 1 was a success! While the younger kids got to enjoy a day of rafting including clay face paint and water fights, the older groups had a great day playing games at the beach and participating in a stewardship project at Discovery Park!
Day 2
Looks like our campers stayed in their swimsuits ALL DAY. In the morning, we had groups kayaking while others sailed with Sail Sandpoint. Personally, I had a blast today down at the waterfront--I was able to go out on the dock with the campers and together, we did twist jumps, and cannonballs! We were happy to see some parents witness our All Camp Activity of "Dutch Auction." Can't wait for our field trips tomorrow! 
Day 1
Today campers were introduced to our facilities here at The Mountaineers. We got to climb, swim down at the waterfront, and even finish off the day with fun skits and songs! Congratulations to the Trailblazer group for finding Billy early in the day!
