Karen started going to the Photography Potlucks when they were at Elliott Bay Book Store in Pioneer Square along with some of the field trips. She usually photographs when she is involved in some other activity. For example, if she goes to Safeco Field, Karen might take her camera and photograph people or design elements. Or when traveling, of course, she will take pictures of the trip. Sometimes it may be a specific project for a class.

Karen has so many memories: overnight trips with the group and large basic photography classes. She gets most of her inspiration from our magestic Mt. Rainier!

Karen is quite the photographer and has won numerous awards:

Attend our monthly potluck, which is the third Wednesday of each month. We socialize and share food, then we have announcements and show photos of what we have seen during the past month or year.
