The Mountaineers has a goal of raising $75,000 by the end of the year to support programs that get people outside, teach new skills, and create fierce advocates for wild places.
Your gift today helps The Mountaineers open new doors to adventure. Every year, our youth programs take hundreds of local students through a year-long journey of self-discovery and exploration. We teach students climbing, showshoeing, first aid, and a few other essentials: empowerment, teamwork, and self-confidence.
Your gift today builds leaders, teachers and mentors. Our volunteer leaders and instructors give thousands of hours of their time to Mountaineers courses and outings each year. They teach, they lead and they learn. They attend trainings and collaborate on curriculum development to ensure our outdoor education programs continue to set worldwide standards.
