In an effort to better recognize our club leadership, we’re excited to announce a new trio of badges to celebrate branch chairs, activity committee chairs, and branch officers!
Active Badges
Starting in November 2020, all current branch chairs, activity committee chairs, and branch officers - as noted on committee rosters - will receive the corresponding badge. This badge will be active for the duration of your time in this role.
Emeritus Badges
In appreciation for your service, you will receive the “past” version of the badge when you transition out of your role. This badge has no expiration and will remain on your profile as an indication of your history of volunteerism with The Mountaineers.
Update your profile
Serving in the role of branch chair, activity committee chair, or branch officer is a big commitment, and we’re grateful for the hundreds of volunteers who led in one (or more!) of these positions over the years. If you’d like to see your past leadership reflected in a badge on your profile, or if you want to make sure a past chair is recognized, please email Sara Ramsay to update our records. Unless we receive a direct request, we will not assign “past” badges from the archives.
