Take a Vacation for Conservation in Alaska

Small yacht cruise specialists Discovery Voyages will be donating one-hundred percent of the trip fees for a 5 day/4 night voyage in Alaska's Prince William Sound to Braided River, our partner nonprofit organization focused on protecting wild places in western North America.

Wildflower meadows, rainforest trails, calving glaciers, whale watching, photography, shore side hikes, kayaking and a whole lot more await anyone who chooses to take part on this classic voyage. Experience the world-class beauty of Prince William Sound with just 11 other fellow travelers!

The revenue generated by this trip will support the creation of a new title from Braided River, one that will offer a rich and evocative portrait of a huge “wilderness worthy” portion of the Chugach National Forest known as the Nellie Juan-College Fjord Willderness Study Area. Braided River will use that book to rally the public support needed for this increcible 2 million acre wild land- and seascape to get the protection it deserves.

Sea Otters-HughRoseThis adventure, which runs May 18 to 23, 2017, includes two nights in Anchorage. Expert naturalists, including author Debbie Miller will introduce you to the unique flora and fauna this region.

This is an incredible opportunity to enjoy a memorable vacation and support important conservation work at the same time.
