Basic Snowshoe - Rattlesnake Mountain (West)

This trip was a snowshoe trip to Kendall Peak Lakes but due to Avalanche concerns and a approaching storm, I choose to change it to a snowshoe trip on Rattlesnake mountain starting from the Snoqualmie Pt TH. We wore snowshoes from the start. Early going we were on a packed trail. Did take a road for a while to allow some trail breaking, but returned to the trail when the wind conditions got a little to much. The trail shortly after Stan's lookout was trackless, which allowed all to break some trail. Turned around after doing about 3 miles. Weather was windy and some new snow. Good snowshoeing today.
