This is a one-way walk from the Ballard Locks to Woodland Park Zoo . The route goes up Shilshole Bay to Golden Gardens , then up to Loyal Heights , Salmon Bay Park , Phinney Neighborhood , and Woodland Park Zoo .

We will meet 8:00 am at the Ballard Locks North Parking Gate . I plan to drive to and park at the Locks. From the Woodland Park zoo , at the end, I plan to walk down Phinney Ave. to 46th , and take bus 44 to the Locks.
