Ready to run at 6:30pm on the I-90 frontage road by the Cableline trailhead.
This trip is an extension of a favorite loop of mine. We'll explore some new-to-me trails (specifically Ruth's Big Tree Trail - is there actually a big tree???). Because I've never run this trail, mileage and elevation gain are estimates, as is trail condition.
We'll try to keep a steady 5mph (12 minute / mile) pace throughout, stopping only at major intersections and as trail conditions dictate.
