Trail Run - Tiger Mountain Lowlands

An easy after work 5km to take advantage of an extra hour of daylight. Come join us on a flat-ish trail run that should be a great recovery run or an intro to trail running

Meet on the road outside the gate by the cable line trailhead, ready to go at 6:30pm

This is a mentored run for Matt Kurjanowicz please direct all questions to him.

We are planning on a easy run through the lowlands of Tiger; expect a pace of about 12 min/mile (5mph) and we will only stop at intersections or if we have to.

This is the PNW and is still winter, so please make sure you have the appropriate clothing & shoes.

We will send out an email with additional information and the exact course map on the Sunday before the run.
