Mid-week after work conditioning. The plan is to power hike up to the ridge road via the divide trail, then jog back down the rock candy west trail.

Meet at the Rock Candy trailhead at 5:30. A discover pass is required.
This is one of the more strenuous routes in capital forest and not a smooth groomed trail. This is not a good first trip if you've never ran on trail. If you have any questions please contact me. Thanks.
