Sunset views from Mt Si! Power hike up, run down. A great conditioner for climbers, scramblers, and runners. Also a good change to practice downhill running at night.

Meet at the TH at 6pm.
This is a conditioning trail run with the idea of practicing power hiking up the hills and running downhill in the dark. We will maintain a steady pace stopping only at the top for a quick snack, before descending back to the cars at the TH.
At least part of the decent will be in the dark, so you need to have a headlight or some other light source.
I expect the total round trip time to be be between 2 & 2.5 hours.
When requesting leader's permission please let me know that you are comfortable being able to do this hike/run in 2 to 2.5 hours (1.5 hours up & 1 down).
