Participants should meet and be ready to run at 9 a.m. at the northern entrance to the park at the end of the Boardwalk Trail: https://tinyurl.com/LordHillTR
We'll be exploring a good number of the trails in this 1,400 acre park all in one morning to get to a total of 11-12 miles.
I anticipate power hiking up the hills and running a moderate pace on the flats and downhills. We should be wrap up between 11:30 and noon.
