Day Hike - West Tiger Mountain No. 3

CHS Tacoma July Hike. ROUTE: We will first hike up to West Tiger Mountain No. 2 via the Tiger Mountain Trail, then take the K-3 Trail to the summit of Tiger 2, then traverse northwest over to the Tiger Mountain 3 summit. We will descend back to the High Point Trailhead via the West Tiger Mountain 3 trail.

We will meet at 7:45 am Friday, July 3rd at the High Point Trailhead parking area. 

From Seattle, take I-90 east to exit 20 for High Point Way. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right at the stop sign and then immediately turn right again. You will now be traveling west, paralleling I-90 on your right. Travel another half mile or so through a gate and along a paved road, before coming to the official DNR parking lot where a Discover Pass is required.

Trip will initially open to Tacoma Branch Conditioning Hiking Students.  Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers, based on availability, 7-10 days prior to date of the hike.
