Day Hike - Tubal Cain Mine & Buckhorn Lake

Join the Tacoma Singles Committee on a hike to the mine and then up to the B-17 airplane wreckage. Main trail to the mine is 7.4 miles rt with 1200' gain. (almost steady 324'/mile) The spur to the B-17 wreckage is abt 1.4 miles rt and 600' gain. (steep and rough 857'/mile)

We will consolidate carpools at the Longhouse gas station and deli in Blyn, a mile or two before you get to the Sequim Bay State Park on Hwy 101.  Tentatively at 9:00AM.  We will try to form some capools earlier in the drive, depending on participation.
