Photograph wildflowers and views.

Meet in the lobby of Sun Mountain Lodge at 8:00 a.m. We will depart promptly at 8:15 a.m.

Note: On your way to Winthrop, stop to take in the view at the Washington Pass Overlook!

We will be hiking the Sunnyside and View Ridge trails at a leisurely place and will be stopping often to take photos of the wildflowers. The goal is to get good photos, not to complete the trail in a given time limit. We will spend 2-3 hours.

Optional: Lunch somewhere in town; after lunch, head to the Methow Valley Ciderhouse, which is an outdoor venue that usually has live music on the weekends.

Note: I will be driving there on Friday, June 8th, and camping overnight at Pearrygin State Park, C81.
