5pm at the trailhead, refer to the pre-hike email for the exact time. 

This will be a strenuous after-work conditioning hike, we will aim to reach the top in 2 hours. We wont be climbing the haystack as this is supposed to be a conditioning hike. Please include recent conditioning history (hikes, climbs, etc) when requesting permission. Rest assured, I have placed the order for good weather, will definitely be a fun hike.
