Day Hike - Grand Park

Access to a beautiful meadow of Mt. Rainier, by the back way. We will hike at a relaxed pace.

Plan is to meet at the USFS ranger station in Enumclaw at 8 am and caravan to the trailhead. Details and instructions will be given to participants.  

We will adhere strictly to Mountaineers COVID-19 guidelines for phase 2.  Group will stay together and hike at the speed of the slowest participant, practicing social distancing on the trail and throughout the day.  Arrive at meeting place 10 minutes early and fully prepared. Please read and be prepared to agree to the Mountaineers COVID-19 code of conduct.  All participants must have a mask/face covering available to use on the trail, in case of close contact with others. We will hike at 6 foot social distance. Hiking poles are highly recommended, as there may be mud, and even small patches of snow.
