We will meet at the South Hill Park N Ride, located at the intersection of Hwy 512 and 94th Ave. S, just west of the South Hill Mall. time will be 7:30 AM, and then car pool to Mt. Rainier NP. Note to potential drivers, 11 miles of dirt road at times filled with potholes.
The Mowich Lake road should be open June 28, so we will see! This starts at Mowich Lake, MRNP, in woods, then trail winds around and up to Eunice Lake. Potential for early wildflowers so bring cameras! (I will bring mine) then climbs up to Tolmie Peak to see the lookout.
