Day Hike - Dash Point State Park

Meeting at 9:00 AM in the SW corner of the main parking lot at the information board. DISCOVERY PASS must be displayed in your windshield. There is a clean bathroom a short distance away near the beach. This will be the only chance to use a real bathroom till we return at the end of the hike. 

After our introduction meeting we will start out on a 5 mile hike on several different trails inside the park, including a recently added section. 

We should be back to our cars  between 11:30 and 12:00. At this point the hike will be officially over. Option to then have lunch together over lookin the beach. A minus tide of almost 4 feet will provide a nice sandy beach to explore. Using GPS to Dash Point State Park will guide you there. Please allow extra time for traffic. If you don’t have GPS please contact me with the direction you’ll be coming from and I will send you turn by turn directions.
